Be sure to read the Terms of Use before ordering. Violations of any terms listed below may subject accounts to termination. SquareHost reserves the right to make any modifications to this document ay any time without prior discretion.

Privacy SquareHost will not sell, distribute, reveal, or otherwise make available any customer information collected from our website. If there is any case of which we need to contact you directly regarding your account, we will do so via e-mail.

Satisfaction Guaranteed If for any reason you are unhappy with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a termination of your account. You are required to include a explanation detailing why you wish to have your account terminated and why you were not satisfied. Your service will be discontinued and a refund will be processed. Please note that SquareHost reserves to right to deny refunds if we believe the reason may be unjustified.

Domains are however, non-refundable. Domain registrations that have been bundled with hosting packages will be deducted at the price listed at the time of purchase. Any claims to the ownership of the domain name may be arranged through our domain support.

Late Payments SquareHost currently accepts payments through PayPal only. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal. SquareHost does not charge any late fees for late payments however reserves the right to terminate or suspend any accounts that are past due. Accounts that are 3 days-past due will be suspended until the payment is received. Accounts that are 20 days past due will be subjected to termination. We are not help responsible for any lost information. E-mail notifications are automatically scheduled within our systems addressed to e-mails registered.

Cancellations If you wish to cancel your services, you must file a request with the accounts division via client area.

Content SquareHost believes in freedom of speech, however we do not tolerate racist or prejudice, violent/malicious/obscene material written, visual, or implied. If we receive notice of such material existing on our servers we will contact the owner of the account giving a specific time-frame to remove the material or face account suspension and/or termination.

We do not accept the following contents; illegal material, pornography, prejudice/racists content, copyright content, outdated scripts, video and mp3 files that are not owned by the account holder or given the legal right to use, Proxy sites.

Age Restrictions SquareHost does not serve individuals who are of the age of 13 years or younger without prior permission of a adult of legal age. These specific clients will be asked to provide proper legal documentations before services can be provided.
